deactivated users

When a deactivated user tries to log in, this appears (by this, I mean the thing on the screenshot attached).

- → State changed from “new” to “resolved”
You can modify the failed_check_permissions method in app.rb to make it display anything you'd like. Maybe have it render a custom 401 page.
